Our family recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Indore, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we were quickly escorted to our spacious and elegantly decorated room. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a beautiful view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone in the family, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool that our children loved. The spa and fitness center were great for some relaxation and exercise. The lush gardens and open spaces around the hotel provided a perfect setting for evening strolls. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to hygiene and safety was evident throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind. Facilities and overall experiece are good. Regarding breakfast, Staff should ensure hot food serving all the time. Food are tasty and having varieties to balance the guest from various region.

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.

Sheraton Grand is a wonderful hotel and a delicious breakfast and friendly staff can really make a stay memorable. It's great that we were able to relax and enjoy our time. The rooms are spacious and neat and clean, with limited toiletries.Its our first experience to stay in a vegetarian five star property, you can not get even eggs items in the hotel.

This property is a bit far away from the main city. So we had to travel a lot to see the usual tourist places. Other than that we had amazing experience here. Especially the good (Vegetarian) was excellent.
