Our family recently stayed at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location in Indore, making it convenient for exploring the city's attractions. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and we were quickly escorted to our spacious and elegantly decorated room. The room was perfect for our family, with comfortable beds, modern amenities, and a beautiful view of the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet had something for everyone in the family, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The hotel also had excellent facilities, including a well-maintained pool that our children loved. The spa and fitness center were great for some relaxation and exercise. The lush gardens and open spaces around the hotel provided a perfect setting for evening strolls. Additionally, the hotel's commitment to hygiene and safety was evident throughout our stay, which added to our peace of mind. Overall, our family had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton Grand Palace Indore. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities makes this hotel a fantastic choice for families visiting Indore. We look forward to our next visit!

The staff at most Marriott properties are well trained. They understand customer requirements and act accordingly. Even un this property Anand made check-in and bill settlement easy and convenient. Gayatri at Aanara though a trainee was warm and helpful. Vikas the chef was excellent with the starters I had. Kanha at the Cafe was extremely attentive to diners’ need and a smart lad. The bartender was great too! With limited raw materials he was running a decent bar. Accommodating my last minute laundry request was a great help. Thank u

Everything about this property was top notch. Starting with whatsapp communication with DUTY MANAGER ANAND - He was exceptional. Arranged pick up from Airport. Prompt Communications. Helped arranged tours to MAHAKAL and UJJAIN and OMKARESHWAR. Vikash / Bharat / Laxmi / Giri / Saya -- were exceptional . Lovely hospitality. Food outstanding. Rooms amazing. Right from the doorman to the chef to the wait staff - everyone had a smile on their face and were warm.

Special mention about Ankita who took extra care to pack some fruits etc for our trip. Also, the Duty Manager Simpi Tiwari was exceptional in terms of her taking care of guests. Overall, a big thumbs up to the management for an excellent feeling of welcome and caring to the guests.
